Twice Monthly Property Checks

Open and close the shutters and windows to air the property, flush toilets & run the water to keep the pipes clean, check all utility connections and if there are any issues to highlight.

Mail Collection & Verification

All utility invoices should be sent to this address in case an intervention is needed. Your anual IMI & IRS mail is always sent to this address as it is the registered property you purchased.

Full care Maintenance Reporting & Overseeing

Should any issues arise we will inform you the owner, organise a quote and oversee the works. We also handle small maintenance issues like changing lightbulbs or replacing small items due to wear and tear.

Cleaning & Laundry services

We handle all the cleaning and laundry to ensure you walk into a clean & fresh holiday home. We also provide hotel standard amenities and offer a small welcome treat.
